While we value candidiates with experience in high-end hotel, resort and restaurant establishments, we are primarily after individuals who are genuine, have an engaging personality, are well presented and have a natural flair for communication.

Positions are generally available in the areas of food & beverage, kitchen, housekeeping, boating, guest services and maintenance however we expect team members to be multi-skilled and be involved in several departments while working at Bedarra.

Bedarra is a beautiful location and our team love their island lifestyle, however the location is remote and experience or understanding of the complexities in remote living are important.
