Please read the following information in relation to your transfers to and from Bedarra and then please complete the following guest transfer information to assist us in arranging your transfers to and from Bedarra.
Helicopter Transfers - Cairns
Our scheduled helicopter transfers depart from Cairns at 12:00pm each day for an approx. 45 minute flight to Bedarra. Flights depart from the General Aviation Terminal at Cairns which is a short drive from the Domestic and International Terminals. Our driver will collect you from the Baggage Carousel and transfer you to the helipad. Please allow up to 45 minutes to collect your baggage and transfer to the helipad from your flight arrival time. We recommend a flight arrival time of no later than 11.15am into Cairns.
The returning flight departs Bedarra at 10.30am to arrive in Cairns at approximately 11.15am-11.30am. Our driver will transfer you from the General Aviation Terminal to the Domestic or International Terminal. Please allow at additional 30-45 minutes when arranging onward travel plans to cover any delays and this transfer. We recommend a returning flight departing no earlier than 1.15pm if flying from Cairns.
Helicopter Transfers - Mission Beach
The scheduled helicopter transfer departs from South Mission Beach each day at 1:00pm. We request that our guests arrive at our office at 2 Commodore Street, South Mission Beach 30 minutes prior to departure. South Mission Beach is a two hour drive south of Cairns so we recommend your flight into Cairns arrives no later than 10:00am on you day or arrival to Bedarra.
The scheduled return helicopter departure to South Mission Beach departs Bedarra at 10:00am, to arrive at South Mission Beach by 10:15am. Please allow an additional 30 minutes in case of delays when arranging onward travel plans. We recommend a returning flight departing no earlier than 2:00pm when arranging flights from Cairns.

Helicopter Luggage: We would appreciate that guests restrict luggage to one small 15kg bag per person. Soft bags or duffle bags are preferred as they are better suited to stowage on the helicopter.
